ATLANTA – Rudy Giuliani, who used to be Trump’s lawyer, has admitted that he said false things about two Georgia election workers.
It’s a shocking turn of events in a lawsuit against him for libel over claims about the 2020 election.

Tharon Johnson said, “It’s really sad, and I’m glad these two women got what was right.”
Brian Robinson said, “I don’t think many Republican voters were surprised to learn that Rudy Giuliani didn’t have facts or evidence to back up the claims he made repeatedly.”
After Giuliani’s concession in his latest court filing on Tuesday, people on both sides of the political aisle had much to say about it.
Giuliani said Ruby Freeman and her daughter Shaye Moss, who worked for Fulton County, were passing USB drives. He said that it was “like heroin or cocaine in a vial” and that he used it to help spread heavily edited security proof online.

“I think this shows that Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, and the other corrupt and unethical people on his campaign team have a pattern of being ruthless,” Johnson said.
Tharon Johnson, a Democratic strategist, says this will help lay the groundwork for possible indictments of former President Donald Trump in Georgia.
“I think this helps the case with D.A. Willis, who has been very methodical and doing her best to keep the proceedings quiet and ensure no one is messing with them. I think this adds to what we already know, “Johnson said.
Trump has asked the Georgia Supreme Court to throw out the Special Jury Report and disqualify the Fulton County District Attorney.
“I think people are ready to forget about 2020. Because of this, I don’t think many people in the area will be interested in Fani Willis’s charges when they come out, “Robinson said.
Brian Robinson, a Republican strategist, says that the news won’t change how many people in his party will vote. Robinson says that many Republicans didn’t believe what Giuliani said in the first place.

“Rudy Giuliani will have a hard time being taken seriously as a leader in the country if he stays in office. As mayor of New York after 9/11, he had that. He was the mayor of America, “Robinson said.
Johnson thinks that this could hurt Republicans in the 2024 elections as a whole.
“In the end, the pattern of his actions and the slow trickle of indictments hurt him with moderates, who have always decided who will be President of the United States,” Johnson said.
