Amy Slaton is… is that you?!
This seems to be the most common thing Amy’s fans say after watching one of her most recent videos on TikTok.
It shows the TLC member driving around to Aqua’s classic song “Barbie Girl” and writing in the caption that she is “going to the movies.”
Amy also took a selfie in her car. She tilted her head to the side and made duck lips like she was a professional model.
Her face has slimmed down a lot since she had gastric bypass surgery and all the work she has done to get her body in shape since then.
In the Comments section of this post, someone said, “Amy, you look so beautiful!”
Another person said, “You look good, girl. Enjoy!!”
A third person cheered, “You go, Barbie!”
The health of the mother of two, on the other hand, maybe getting better.
But she has had a lot of other problems in her own life.
Slaton is going through a divorce from Michael Halterman, her high school sweetheart and husband of four years. This is the most important change she is going through.
Divorce is also not exactly friendly.
For example, a 911 call that was made public this spring said that Amy and Michael had a very heated argument on February 24.
The fight happened around 2:30 in the afternoon, and the police on the scene did not think that either person was high or drunk.
The report said, “Amy wants to split up, but the man doesn’t want to.” This seemed to be at odds with the fact that Michael was the one to file the legal papers to end the marriage a few weeks later.
According to the same report, Slaton said Michael “became violent” and started “throwing things” at the couple’s two young children at home.
Last we heard, Slaton and Halterman were trying to settle their custody dispute outside a courtroom.
In other surprising news, Amy and her sister got into a fight a few weeks ago.
An insider told The Sun that there was “major off-camera drama” and that the whole Slaton family got into a big fight while they were in Florida filming Season 4 of 1000-Lb Sisters. The insider added:
“The film crew was there, but because of how they acted, they didn’t want to work with them.”
The Sun said that the family “really got into it” during the fight, which means that the fight turned physical.
From what we can tell, filming has stopped for now, and Tammy just told us that Season 4 won’t start again until December 12.
