Richard Osthoff told TMZ that he thinks the alleged scam is both wire fraud and charity fraud, and that Santos is a con artist because he used a fake name to get away with it.
The vet was with NJ Veterans Network President Michael Boll when he told us he had already tried to bring charges against Santos, but because he was going by Anthony Devolder back then, it didn’t work.
Osthoff didn’t say exactly what he’s doing against Santos right now, but he did say that the government is looking into the case.
