Jill Duggar is going through some exciting times right now.
We’re only a few weeks away from Jill’s first memoir coming out, and if presale numbers are any indication, it will soon be flying off the shelves.
Even though Jill is happy right now, she is probably also very worried.
After all, the book promises to show her controversial family in a way that has never been seen before, and you can bet that her parents won’t like being called out.

Jill said over the weekend that she had just finished recording her memoir as an audiobook.
“A whole week has gone by! We did something, and the audiobook is finally done,” she wrote on Saturday on Instagram.
“Thank you so much to everyone who made this happen… from taking care of children in and out of the studio to all the other help, prayers, and support! “Thanks a lot!”

Most of the comments on Jill’s post were encouraging and happy for her.
But, as expected, a few trolls showed up and tried to shame her for having the guts to tell her story.
One of these trolls wrote, “I bet it feels great to sell out your parents,” according to In Touch.

“Neither was my parents perfect. How can I get a book deal to say bad things about them?”
Jill didn’t answer the comment herself, but luckily several fans did.
Many people pointed out that Jill isn’t “selling out” anyone; she’s just telling her story how she wants to.

Others said that if Jill sold out her parents, it wouldn’t be that different from what Jim, Bob, and Michelle did to her.
Even though Jill was on the reality shows that helped make her parents rich, she didn’t get paid for it.

“They didn’t have any trouble getting rid of her, did they? “Let it go,” wrote one person.
“Her parents kept any money she would have made from the TLC show, so this is only a small part of what she would have been paid,” said someone else.
Since Jill’s book won’t be out until September, we don’t know how harsh she will be about her parents.

She stopped talking to Jim, Bob, and Michelle years ago, so you can bet she won’t be nice to them.
To be clear, we’re sure that money wasn’t the main reason Jill went public with her story.
But it’s nice to know she’s finally getting paid for telling her story.
