Jenna Lyons tried to sneak out of Erin Lichy’s house on this week’s episode of The Real Housewives of New York City.
After some recent news about the Hamptons host, many fans feel the same way.
It looks like Erin likes or likes Trump. So much so that after he lost the 2020 election, she gave him a lot of money.
“Desperate Housewives” fans want to know if Erin is an “election denier.” She says she’s not, but that doesn’t explain how she got the money from “Stop the Steal.”

Recently, people on social media, like a viral TikTok video, talked about Erin Lichy’s shocking and timely political donations.
The post got out of control and was shared a lot on Twitter.
Did Erin Lichy give money to disgraced former president Donald Trump’s “Stop the Steal” campaign, which had the ironic name “Stop the Steal,” and so help pay for the terrible attack on our nation’s capital on January 6, 2021?
Donald Trump’s supporters stormed a session of Congress held on January 6, 2021, to certify that Joe Biden had won the election. This caused chaos and violence in the heart of American democracy for the first time and led to accusations that the president was trying to start a coup. (Getty)
If you search the database of the Federal Election Commission, you can find out who gave money after the 2020 election.
Erin Lichy gave money to the Republican fundraising PAC, WinRed, four times. She gave these four gifts after the election in particular.
Erin Lichy had to show her RHONY 14 castmates around her newly renovated 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom Hamptons home. (Bravo!) She said them at a time when Trump was already spreading lies, like saying the election was “stolen” from him or that it was rigged.
This, of course, led to his “Stop the Steal” campaign, which, ironically, tried to steal the election from American voters.
Ultimately, it led to a plan to try to do that by force. A large group of violent Trump supporters attacked the capital of our country. The deadly uprising was a threat to democracy in the United States, and it could have been even worse. Their plans were much worse than that.
On January 6, 2021, in Washington, DC, protesters who support Trump gathered in front of the U.S. Capitol Building. Trump supporters gathered in the nation’s capital to protest the ratification of President-elect Joe Biden’s Electoral College win over President Trump in the 2020 election. Later, a group of Trump supporters stormed the Capitol, broke windows, and fought with police. Because of this, five people died. (Getty)
To be clear, no one is saying that Erin paid for a group of people who wanted to kill Nancy Pelosi or Mike Pence.
But on November 5 and November 6, she gave $100 to WinRed.
And on November 7 and 9, after everyone except Trump’s camp had said Biden would win, she gave $100 to the “Trump Make America Great Again Committee.”

Erin put out a statement on Monday after getting a lot of comments on Instagram and tweets about her.
“About the mean and wrong things people are saying about me,” she started.
Erin wrote, “I’d like to put an end to these lies before they spread even more.”
RHONY 14 star Erin Lichy hasn’t said much about herself as she walks around New York City in her first episode. (Bravo!) Erin said, “I don’t dispute the election, and I’ve never been in favor of stopping the steal.”
She said, “I have no doubt that the 2020 election for President was fair and that the President was the rightful winner.”
It’s good to hear that. So, it is a little strange that she gave money after the election.
The title card for Season 14 of The Real Housewives of New York City shows Brynn Whitfield, Erin Lichy, Jenna Lyons, Sai De Silva, Jessel Taank, and Ubah Hassan, among others. (Bravo)
A lot of people on Twitter are still not sure. Others, on the other hand, say that it doesn’t matter why people give money.
Well, yes, it is pretty scary. A new Real Housewife may have given a small amount of money to a campaign that led to the worst day for America since 9/11.
But some people say that it makes Erin look like the new Ramona Singer, even if it didn’t happen right after the election. (It’s not praise)
Ramona Singer, one of the stars of “The Real Housewives of New York City,” wants to talk to the manager and tell producers to stop filming. (Bravo!) Everyone knows about Ramona’s political views. She was a big fan of Donald Trump. And that goes against what most people who watch Bravo think.
There are more conservative Housewives than just Erin and Ramona, both now and in the past.
Is Erin going to be like Emily Simpson, where she’s so nice that you forget that small thing? Or will she be like Kelly Dodd? Maybe somewhere in between.
