Loren Brovarnik, a fan favorite from 90 Day Fiance, has been a mom for more than six months now.
But even though fans love the Loren & Alexei: After the 90 Days star’s body after having a baby, she hasn’t completely “bounced back.”
She is the mother of three young kids. And Loren has talked about the hard times she had in the past.
… And about the ones she has now. Loren just told her fans about her slip-up.

Loren Brovarnik talked about how she feels in a recent video that was very open and honest. What’s the short story? Not so good.
She told her followers, “I’ve had a mental breakdown.”
Loren said, “I’m sitting in the car because I did cry.” “I have no idea why.”

She said that her life and how she felt about it were like a “roller coaster.”
And there’s more to it than just being tired and worried about money when you have three young children.
Loren then said, “F–king hormones, man.”

Loren knows that not everyone will understand why her mental health is hanging by a thread or why her feelings are all over the place.
Why? Because not everyone has been through postpartum depression themselves.
But Loren knows that some of the people who follow her get it.

“Falling back into old habits is hard,” Loren told her followers.
When she started talking about how her “babies are getting big,” she started crying.
Anyone who has gotten emotional while watching a video of a small dog or a kind raccoon can at least imagine what they would do if those feelings got a lot stronger. Oh, and if we always didn’t get enough sleep.

Loren says that her mood is affected by her astrological sign and the fact that she tends to think in extremes.
“Extremist thinker” might sound like a group of Vulcan terrorists, but it actually means worrying about what might happen. People who do this might be called “worrywarts.”
Your friend, who is always late, is, well, running late. Some part of you thinks they have died or are dying, ignoring Occam’s Razor, which says they’re just late, and going with what I call Occam’s Silly-Straw.

Loren said, “I’m very strange, in case you haven’t figured that out yet.” She put on her sunglasses to hide the tears in her eyes.
“I think about everything,” she said in a relatable way.
Loren also said that she feels “crazy” to have a nearly 3-year-old, an 18-month-old, and a 6-month-old all at the same time.

Loren, on the other hand, said that as her young children get older, she is “scared of everything.”
“Sometimes I sit in my car,” she said. “And all I can do is cry.”
Loren then stressed that this is the right thing to do because “everyone needs a good cry.” True!
