Kanye West continues to be uncooperative in his divorce procedures with Kim Kardashian, missing a recently scheduled deposition Now he has one more chance to do it right.Kanye was set to be interrogated by Kim’s attorneys on November 16, according to legal documents acquired by TMZ, but he never showed up for whatever reason. According to the documents, the parties agreed that the deposition would occur on November 29th at 9:30 a.m.
If Kanye misses that deadline, it might be a significant problem for him, mainly because it would not sit well with the judge during the trial… which is scheduled for December 14.
Of course, Kim and Kanye might strike an agreement before the 14th, but he hasn’t, as we previously mentioned.
Throughout the proceedings, Kim has been represented by Disso Queen Laura Wasser, whereas Kanye has had at least 5 attorneys. It’s clear… Wasser wants Kanye’s deposition to figure out what’s causing the conflict and who she wants to call as witnesses.
Kim originally filed for divorce more than two years ago. A judge has already signed an order declaring Kim and Kanye legally separate, but custody and asset divisions remain issues.
According to TMZ, Kim and Kanye were recently seen chatting at their son, Saint’s flag football game… but things became agitated before that after Kanye wore a “White Lives Matter” shirt and publicly made antisemitic remarks.
