Matt Roloff puts his farm back up for sale and cuts the price by a lot.

The first time, Matt Roloff failed.

So he is going to try again.

The Little People, Big World patriarch, has put a piece of his Oregon farm back on the market. He asked for $4 million in May 2022 but has now lowered the price to $3,395,000.

Fans of this series know that Roloff’s family was very upset when he first put the house on the market.

Matt Roloff seems pretty happy to be working on his Oregon farm. Matt wrote on Instagram over a year ago that it was “time to move on to the next season of life” and asked for the amount of money for 16 acres of his farm.

Matt Roloff said he tried to give Zach a chance to buy the property before going to the public. Almost right away, Zach Roloff lashed out as his dad on the same social media platform, shocking fans by calling Matt a manipulative coward.

Zach wrote to his father directly in his answer, “This post is very wrong and misleading. Right now, my dad is trying to change the story before the season starts.”

Zach said at the time that his father was “once again not taking responsibility for his actions and blaming others” while “dragging the family drama that he created and then [manipulating] the fan base to make himself look good.”

In October of last year, Roloff took the farm off the market and put it up for rent instead.

We have to assume, though, that this deal hasn’t been good for Matt’s finances, which is why he’s putting the house back on the market.

The five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom house sits on a 16.6-acre lot where the Roloff family holds a pumpkin season tour every year.

Just a few weeks ago, Roloff told people who might visit that pumpkin season would happen in 2023. Which is clear.

The farm won’t be sold, or at least changed hands, in just a few days.

What about 2024?

At this point, it doesn’t look like the tradition will keep going.

How does Matt get along with his son?

From what we can tell, it’s still broken up, even more so now that Zach and his immediate family have moved to Washington.

In a confessional on a new episode of Little People, Big World from this season, Zach said:

“My dad and I couldn’t agree on buying the farm, so with everything else going on, I chose not to work during pumpkin season.

“The whole thing has lost its magic for me, so, yeah. I’m going to leave.”
