Tammy Slaton has changed a lot over the years.
She knows this.
In the past few months, the star of “1000-Lb Sisters” has been more active than ever on social media. She has used TikTok and/or Instagram to show off her slimmed-down face and body.
We also don’t blame her for doing that.

In the middle of summer 2023, Tammy Slaton posts this selfie of herself looking slimmer. She looks wonderful! (TikTok)
Just look at the selfies above and below to see what I mean.
Anyone who has been watching Tammy’s journey on that TLC show can’t help but be amazed by this change.
Just about two years ago, this person weighed more than 700 pounds.
And what level has she reached now?

“Tammy went to a rehab center and got weighed last Thursday. She lost more weight than she thought she would. She’s now down to 334 pounds and doing great.
Yes, to reach this goal, Slaton had gastric bypass surgery.
But she has kept her weight down by watching what she eats, avoiding alcohol most of the time, and working out as much as she can.

But we’ve written down how Slaton’s ability to walk on her own surprised a lot of people close to her and how she gets a lot of praise whenever she posts on social media.
“So proud of you,” Dr. Eric Smith wrote in response to one of Slaton’s photos on Instagram a while ago.
This reality star had the procedure mentioned above done by a doctor named Dr. Smith.
This picture of Caleb Willingham was posted by Tammy Slaton soon after he died. RIP. (Instagram)
As you may already know, Tammy’s amazing journey caused her and her husband, Caleb Willingham to split up this spring.
A source told The Sun in April, “They broke up because Caleb didn’t stick to his diet in rehab.”
“He’s put on 30 pounds and hasn’t been following his diet plan…
This new report goes on to say, “She wants someone who can be there for her, but his health keeps getting worse.”
“Once he gets out of rehab, she would have to take care of him, which would mean taking care of someone else when she can barely take care of herself, so the relationship is pointless.”

Tammy told People Magazine, “I am heartbroken to tell you that my husband has died.” She also said at the time:
“He was my best friend, and I cared very much about him.
“When I met Caleb, he became my guardian angel, and now he is looking out for me. Our families appreciate everyone’s sympathy and ask that you give us privacy at this time.”
